You will be responsible for establishing design documents based on Client/Tenant feedback and requirements. You will also be required to set up the Project budget and Project Master Schedule by considering market studies, details from Consultants, and analysis. In the Design Development Stage, you will need to monitor and track design progress within the established framework of the Overall Project Master schedule. Regular design reviews with Consultants will be essential to ensure alignment with design, schemes, reports, and facilitate Value Engineering exercises. You will review Bills of Quantities (BoQs), Specifications, and drawings issued by Consultants to confirm compliance with Lease/Tenant guidelines and approved Design Basis Report (DBR). Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a support function that includes tracking, reporting, and internal communication of Procurement events. You will prepare and monitor Drawing Release Schedules and GFC Drawing Logs. Approval of Materials and Shop Drawings will also fall under your purview, as you set up and manage tracking, reporting, and internal communication on Material Approval Requests from Contractors. You will also be involved in managing support functions related to mock-ups and material approvals. Attending periodic meetings with Clients/Tenants alongside the Project Manager to liaise on design requirements will be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering (BE Civil) degree. A Post-Graduation in Construction Management from institutes like NICMAR, SPA, IIT is preferred. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Projects is required. Ideal candidates will have experience as a Design Coordinator in a reputable construction/developer/Project Management Consultancy (PMCM) company with exposure to projects like commercial buildings, IT Parks, Hotels, Residential, Hospitals, etc. A minimum of 6 to 10 years of relevant experience is desired for this role.,

You will be responsible for ensuring quality compliance in all civil engineering aspects of green hydrogen projects, which includes structural, architectural, and geotechnical works. Your role will involve site quality control, inspection, documentation, and coordination with internal teams, contractors, and consultants to guarantee adherence to technical specifications and international standards. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring and ensuring quality compliance of all civil works such as foundations, structural steel, RCC, roads, and stormwater drainage across green hydrogen facilities. You will need to review and implement Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plans in accordance with project specifications and ISO standards, as well as conduct inspections and tests of civil works at various stages. Moreover, you will be responsible for ensuring proper documentation of quality records including inspection reports, test results, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), method statements, and material approvals. You will also assist in third-party inspection (TPI) coordination, audits, and compliance closure, and collaborate with design, HSE, and project management teams to resolve quality issues. Additionally, you will support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for civil quality issues, ensure materials and workmanship comply with codes (IS codes, ASTM, BS, etc.) and green hydrogen-specific guidelines, and maintain a strong focus on sustainability, green construction practices, and safety. Reviewing contractor and supplier submittals related to civil works will also be part of your responsibilities.,

As a Civil Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for various projects. You will be required to analyze tender documents and create BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and RFQs (Request for Quotations). Monitoring project costs to ensure budgetary compliance will also be a key part of your role. In addition, you will need to conduct material and quantity reconciliation for on-site resources, manage variations, claims, and contractual disputes, and generate progress and cost reports for stakeholders. Developing and implementing QA/QC plans, procedures, and standards will be essential to ensure project specifications and codes are met. As part of your duties, you will be responsible for evaluating and approving materials according to technical requirements, maintaining quality records such as NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and CARs (Corrective Action Reports), and conducting inspections and tests to guarantee compliance with project specifications and codes. Furthermore, you will need to monitor site activities to ensure quality and safety standards are adhered to, participate in internal and external quality audits, and ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements. Requirements for this position include a Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 6 months to 4 years of experience. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ability to commute or relocate to Thrissur, Kerala, is preferred for this in-person role.,
