Role Overview :

Core Responsibilities :

Lead planning, execution and monitoring of the project initiatives to adhere to the timelines • Coordination and liaison with the municipal corporation for project implementation • Governance, stakeholder alignment, and relationship management • Communication with district administration authorities • Collaboration with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) • Training and capacity building for waste management professionals • Planning and implementation of IEC (Information, Education, Communication) activities • Ensuring stakeholder alignment and engagement • Troubleshooting and resolving community-level issues • Strategic resource allocation and utilization • Facilitating inter-departmental coordination and obtaining necessary approvals • Monitoring, evaluation, and performance tracking • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external such as HQ team, funder, beneficiaries and community members • Oversee project team by providing them with guidance, support and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards • Prepare comprehensive reports from ground on implementation aspects such as activities status, milestones achieved, challenges faces and mitigation practices • Collect and store data to ensure all evidences are kept safely
