Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our team! This role will play a critical part in coordinating between our Training and Sales teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects, training schedules, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
Act as a bridge between the Sales Team (client onboarding, requirement gathering) and Training Team (resource planning, training delivery).
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Ensure all stakeholders are updated with project status, changes, and deliverables.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
Maintain high standards of client satisfaction through timely communication and quality delivery.
Prepare project reports and performance metrics.

Requirements:

5 years of experience in project management, preferably in training, consultancy, or B2B services.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
