Job Responsibilities :-
Construction project managers responsible to control the time, cost and quality of construction project.
Plan & coordinate all aspects of the construction process including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.
Study and understand the tender drawings, specifications, GCC and other communication before contact award stages.
Planning and programming of Site works, Materials requirements and Man Power requirements.
Preparing Bar chart as per activities involved in a project.
Prepare monthly planned activity along with quantity to be executed, resources requirement and cash flow for a month before start of each month.
Ensure all daily reports and concerned records must be send to Corporate office in time.
Document preparation, control and management for all project.
Prepare and report weekly and monthly site progress report with planned activity and review of project progress with client.
Ensuring the Safety and Quality work at site.
Co-ordinate with site consultant and principle employer for work progress.
Attending client and consultant meetings, regarding work progress and inform the status to HOD or Management.
Monitoring and controlling the work progress.
Regular check the R.A bills and contractor’s bills from the site billing engineer.
Preparation of Cash flow for each month at the beginning of month as per plan bar chart.
Co-ordinate with Engineer & Supervisor for various site activities.
Ensure Optimum uses of resources, proper uses of company assets and shuttering materials.
Co-ordinate with Purchase department for making available all resources and material in time.
Co-ordinate with Account Department for account related issues of subcontractors, suppliers and vendors.
To take concurrence and follow up from RMC Plant, Mechanic & Electrical Department for site work activities.
Take physical stock and material requirement details from Store Department.
Daily manpower labours reports should be taken from safety officer.
Weekly labour payment and site petty cash should be check with account department.
To look site administration work.
Prepare work order for labour contractor in ERP system
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
