Pay roll & Time Office Management: - · Attendance collection of staff as well as contractor workers from various sites through coordination with Site HR Representative and Site Supervisors. · Payroll management of Contractor’s Worker’s considering Minimum Wages as per various states. · Processing F&F (Full and Final) settlement for the left employees. · Carried out Actual investment proof collection updating and uploading for the employees. · Preparing salary sheet with the Checking of P.F, E.S.I.C, P.T, & other Deductions & Salary statement sending to accounts dept. for Bank transfer. · Maintaining & Updating Leave Cards, OD Form. · Grievance handling of various Staff and Operators issues/queries. · Maintaining Personal files of employees. · Handling Leave applications of the employees. Recruitment, Pre joining, Joining & post joining formalities: - · Recruit the people through Job Portal, Consultancy and Employee References by properly following the Company HR Policy. · Taking initial/telephonic rounds of interview, arranging further rounds with respective Project Managers. · Joining formalities. · Handling Full &Final Settlement and Exit formalities of employees. Compensation & Benefits: - · Maintaining Employee Medical Insurance database & coordinating with insurance co for related claim. · Making agreement for staff guest house and labour camp. Administration – · All companies’ site and Office vehicles administration work activities to be looking like Vehicle Insurance, Vehicle Servicing Period and taking appointment, Monthly or Weekly Vehicle KM log sheet checking, PUC and other vehicle related activities. · Employees movement register should be maintained. · Staff Canteen and Panty materials should be arranging. · All housekeeping materials should be arranging and making record of stock materials in stock register. · New employee’s salary bank account should be opened and other bank related work to be looking. * Core Job Responsibilities: 1. Site Surveying & Measurements Conduct topographic, boundary, and layout surveys using GPS, total stations, and other instruments. Mark out construction lines and reference points for structures like buildings, roads, and utilities. Verify elevations, contours, and dimensions on-site to ensure design alignment. 2. Pre-Construction Support Interpret and review architectural and engineering drawings, site plans, and specifications. Conduct site feasibility studies and assist in land assessments. Prepare as-built drawings and base maps for planning and approvals. 3. Construction Staking & Layout Set out control points and construction markers for excavation, foundation, utilities, and structural elements. Provide horizontal and vertical control to guide construction accurately. Recheck and adjust control points as work progresses. 4. Monitoring and Documentation Monitor construction progress to ensure alignment with design layouts. Record survey data and create detailed site reports and logs. Update site maps and as-built records throughout the project lifecycle. 5. Collaboration & Coordination Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and site managers. Communicate survey results and technical data clearly to stakeholders. Ensure survey-related issues are resolved quickly to avoid delays. 6. Quality Assurance & Compliance Ensure all survey work complies with legal regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Conduct periodic re-checks and inspections to maintain dimensional accuracy. Support quality control by identifying any discrepancies in levels, lines, or positions. 7. Equipment Handling & Maintenance Operate, maintain, and calibrate surveying instruments (total stations, levels, GPS, etc.). Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage and service records. 8. Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance Follow safety procedures while working on active construction sites. Identify hazards and report unsafe conditions during fieldwork. * Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field. Proficiency with surveying software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, etc.). Familiarity with instruments like Total Station, GPS, and Theodolites. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
