Pay roll & Time Office Management: - · Attendance collection of staff as well as contractor workers from various sites through coordination with Site HR Representative and Site Supervisors. · Payroll management of Contractor’s Worker’s considering Minimum Wages as per various states. · Processing F&F (Full and Final) settlement for the left employees. · Carried out Actual investment proof collection updating and uploading for the employees. · Preparing salary sheet with the Checking of P.F, E.S.I.C, P.T, & other Deductions & Salary statement sending to accounts dept. for Bank transfer. · Maintaining & Updating Leave Cards, OD Form. · Grievance handling of various Staff and Operators issues/queries. · Maintaining Personal files of employees. · Handling Leave applications of the employees. Recruitment, Pre joining, Joining & post joining formalities: - · Recruit the people through Job Portal, Consultancy and Employee References by properly following the Company HR Policy. · Taking initial/telephonic rounds of interview, arranging further rounds with respective Project Managers. · Joining formalities. · Handling Full &Final Settlement and Exit formalities of employees.
