Job Description

Paramatrix Technologies Pvt. Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from initiation to completion, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery of project objectives, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:
Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
Issue Resolution:
Meet with project team members to identify and resolve project-related issues promptly.
Quality Assurance:
Submit project deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Reporting:
Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant project information.
Communication:
Establish and execute effective project communication plans.
Change Management:
Facilitate change requests, ensuring all parties are informed of impacts on schedule and budget.
Documentation:
Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other necessary documents for successful implementation and handover.
Client Engagement:
Identify and develop new opportunities with clients and obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables.
Customer Satisfaction:
Manage client satisfaction throughout the project transition period.
Project Evaluation:
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements for future improvement.
