Job Description

Manage customer project delivery, ensuring timely completion and meeting expectations.
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with company policies, and deliver high-quality results.
Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development.
Manage project financials, including P&L, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring reliable financial reporting.
Identify and develop new opportunities on current projects, supporting qualification and opportunity assessment for large and moderately complex opportunities.
Act as an opportunity manager for medium to high-risk deals.
Manage client relationships and mid to upper-level client delivery relationships, frequently representing the organization to external customers/clients.
Manage internal and external resources with a team size less than 20 people, mentoring and encouraging skill development of project team members, and providing performance review input and areas of development for team members.
