Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives
• Assist the Product Owner with backlog grooming, release planning, and roadmap alignment
• Coordinate project tasks, resource allocation, and sprint delivery tracking
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues throughout delivery
• Generate and maintain Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, impediments) and reports for stakeholders
• Advocate Agile best practices, process enhancements, and continuous improvement
• Liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders to maintain clarity and alignment
• Mentor and support junior Scrum Masters or Project Coordinators as needed

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in software delivery roles focusing on Scrum/Agile frameworks
• Hands-on experience in backlog management using tools like Jira and Confluence
• Proven ability to lead Agile teams, resolve impediments, and foster collaboration
• Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, startup-like environment and adapting rapidly

Preferred Competencies

• Experience in enterprise SaaS or software development projects
• Familiarity with other Agile frameworks (Kanban, Lean)
• Skills in conflict resolution, coaching, and cross-team coordination
• Knowledge of continuous improvement practices and sprint metric analysis
