Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution

• Create and manage project plans, schedules, and deliverables across teams (content, design, social media, PR, tech).
• Ensure all milestones are met on time, within scope and budget.

• Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the central point of contact between internal teams and the client.
• Manage expectations, approvals, and alignment across multiple stakeholders, while also proactively building and nurturing strong relationships with the client.

• Operational Oversight

• Track project progress, resolve bottlenecks, and handle day-to-day issue escalation.
• Conduct status meetings, maintain trackers, and generate progress reports.
• Effectively manage billing processes and proactively follow up to ensure timely approvals

• Compliance & Quality Control

• Ensure adherence to standards, SOPs, and documentation protocols.
• Conduct quality checks and review deliverables for accuracy and consistency.

• Risk Management & Reporting

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Share regular project performance reports and insights with senior leadership.
