Job Description

As a seasoned project management professional, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing projects efficiently within the defined timelines, budget, and scope. Reporting to upper management, you will be responsible for coordinating various project aspects, setting deadlines, assigning tasks, and closely monitoring progress. Your ability to prepare detailed project reports will be crucial in keeping stakeholders informed. Direct collaboration with clients is a key aspect of your role, ensuring that project deliverables align with scope and budget requirements. Coordinating with different departments to ensure project compatibility and recruiting new talent as needed will also fall within your purview. Your familiarity with industry practices and procedures will be essential as you lead and guide others, demonstrating creativity and flexibility in your approach. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure seamless project execution. - Ensure timely project delivery within budget constraints. - Define project scope and objectives in consultation with relevant stakeholders. - Monitor project progress closely through a detailed project plan. - Manage changes effectively, measure performance, and report progress to management. - Cultivate strong client and stakeholder relationships. - Conduct risk management activities to mitigate project risks. - Establish and nurture third-party relationships. - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. - Delegate tasks, monitor project performance, and achieve budgetary goals. - Develop project plans and continuously enhance leadership skills. - Attend conferences and training sessions to stay updated and proficient. - Perform related duties and maintain documentation using spreadsheets and diagrams. Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in project management. - Strong client-facing and communication abilities. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft or Open Office Software. - Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus. - Bachelors/Masters Degree in technology or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
