We are currently looking for a skilled IT Project Manager to lead and manage technology projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will need to possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. - Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. - Coordinate internal resources and third parties for project execution. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. - Conduct regular project meetings and status updates with stakeholders. - Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices. - Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders. - Manage project budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources. - Foster a collaborative team environment and promote continuous improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred). - Years of experience in project management within the IT sector. - Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects. - Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project). - Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and other project management methodologies. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL) are a plus.,
