Project Manager

Are you someone who thrives in execution, coordination, and managing multiple on-ground stakeholders?

WTF Gym is looking for Project Executives who can take complete ownership of gym setup and infrastructure execution from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Supervision: Oversee all on-ground execution including electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and other vendors.

Vendor Management: Handle vendor sourcing, coordination, rate negotiation, and timely delivery across multiple verticals.

Site Execution: Ensure timely and quality execution of all tasks — from flooring, equipment setup, and lighting to washrooms, AC, and branding.

Team Coordination: Work closely with the Interior Design team, Gym Acquisition team, and Operations team to align on requirements and project timelines.

Progress Reporting: Share daily updates, timelines, and snag reports with the central team.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all finishing and fittings are as per brand standards.

Timely Handover: Ensure each site is handed over within deadlines, ready for launch.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in project execution, site supervision, or vendor management (preferably in retail, fitness, or hospitality setups)

Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

Excellent coordination and reporting abilities

Ability to handle pressure and deliver within tight timelines

Willingness to travel to different gym locations across Delhi NCR
