Job Overview

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage full project lifecycle using
Agile/Scrum methodologies
Create and maintain
BRD
(Business Requirement Document) and
FRD
(Functional Requirement Document)
Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Use
Trello
or other project tracking tools to ensure timely delivery and transparency
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and prioritize project requirements
Drive ACH-related initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards
Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and mitigation strategies

Must-Have Skills

Proven experience as a
Project Manager
in IT or Financial domains
Hands-on with
Agile
,
Scrum
, and
Trello
Strong documentation skills (BRD, FRD preparation)
Knowledge and project experience in
ACH
or
Payment Systems
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
