Job Title: Project & Team Manager

Location: On-Site (Jaipur)

Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month

*Role Overview*

We are hiring a Project & Team Manager who will take full ownership of coordinating projects and managing the internal team. The role requires someone who is organized, responsible, and capable of ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. Strong English communication is essential.

*Key Responsibilities*

Oversee all ongoing website, design, and digital marketing projects

Assign tasks, follow up, and ensure team accountability

Coordinate directly with clients for inputs, updates, and feedback

Conduct daily follow-ups with the team to track progress

Review deliverables before client submission

Maintain timelines and ensure quality standards

Resolve execution issues and ensure things get done on time

*Requirements*

Minimum 1 year of experience in team or project management

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

Good understanding of digital workflows (web, design, marketing)

Highly organized, responsible, and proactive

Leadership mindset with problem-solving ability
