Location: Jagatpura, Mansaroavar, and Vaishali Nagar
Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply
Working Days: 6 Days (Rotational Offs)
Communication: Very Good to Fluent English
Mode: Walk-in Interviews Only

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls or chats professionally.
• Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantag

• Salary:
• Fresher: ₹20K CTC + ₹3K Attendance Bonus
• Experienced: ₹28K CTC + ₹3K Attendance Bonus
