Job Description

  • Customer service: Assist customers with questions or concerns about a company's products or services

  • Process payments: Process payments, refunds, and shipments
  • Escalate issues: Identify and escalate complex issues to managers
  • Recommend improvements: Recommend ways to improve company processes
  • Maintain confidentiality: Uphold customer confidentiality, especially regarding financial matters and identity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
