About the Role

Junior / Associate Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning project scopes, timelines, and resource coordination.
Track project progress and maintain documentation, status updates, and meeting notes.
Support communication between teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
Identify risks or issues and escalate them when needed.
Help prepare reports, presentations, and project deliverables.
Ensure project tasks align with goals and are completed on schedule.
Contribute to improving project workflows and team collaboration.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project support roles.
Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile or Waterfall).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.
Ability to work as part of a collaborative and fast-moving team.

Preferred Attributes

Certification such as CAPM, Agile fundamentals, or similar is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly.
Interest in developing long-term project management capabilities.
