Project Manager

At VR Automations, we help clients across India, the US, UK, Europe, and Australia build smart digital solutions — from client portals and SaaS platforms to workflow automations, mobile apps, and API-driven tools.

We’re expanding our leadership team and looking for a Project Manager who can guide projects from concept to completion, working closely with both clients and our in-house specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver projects across No-Code/Low-Code platforms (Airtable, Softr, Make.com, Zapier, Jotform, FlutterFlow) as well as MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth updates and clear communication.
• Oversee planning, task assignment, and delivery timelines using tools like ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or Airtable.
• Keep projects on track by managing changing requirements, removing blockers, and handling risks.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and follow-ups across all active projects.
• Juggle multiple projects at once without compromising on deadlines or quality.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years’ experience managing web/app/automation projects or SaaS-based solutions.
• Familiarity with No-Code tools and a good understanding of the web development cycle (MERN knowledge is a plus).
• Skilled at using project management and collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global client environment.
