Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager with knowledge in Java, Microservices architecture, Spring Boot, and AWS to lead and deliver complex, enterprise grade application development projects. This role demands a unique combination of technical understanding, agile project management expertise, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end project lifecycle planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Define project scope, schedule, resources, risks, and deliverables. Work closely with development teams (Java, Spring Boot, Microservices) to ensure timely delivery. Track progress using AgileScrumKanban frameworks. Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder demos. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, business teams, and technical teams. Ensure requirements are well-understood, documented, and implemented. Provide regular updates to leadership and clients on project status, risks, and issues. Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to understand and manage dependencies. Identify and address performance bottlenecks or team challenges early. Ensure adherence to coding, design, and security standards especially within Java and AWS environments. Required Qualifications Strong understanding of Java 811, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. Working knowledge of AWS services (e.g EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway). Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes). 3+ years of experience managing software development projects. Proven track record of delivering complex, cloud-native applications. Proficient with AgilevScrum methodologies. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Azure DevOps. technical skills are good to have
