Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the main point of contact for our E-commerce service clients, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Understand clients' business objectives and needs, and effectively communicate them to the project team.

Project Planning and Execution

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards.

Resource Management

• Allocate resources, including team members and third-party contractors, effectively to each project.
• Monitor and manage resource allocation to optimize project outcomes.

Risk Management

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize their impact.
• Proactively address any project-related issues as they arise.

Reporting and Documentation

• Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Provide regular project status updates to clients and stakeholders.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure the quality of project deliverables meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality control checks as required.

Financial Management

• Monitor project financials, including budget tracking, invoicing, and expenses.
• Work to maximize project profitability.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (

  Master’s degree preferred

  ).
• Proven experience as a

  Project Manager in the E-commerce industry

  .
• Strong understanding of

  E-commerce platforms, technologies, and digital marketing

  .
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Proficient in

  project management software and tools

  .
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

• PMP or similar project management certification

  is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional

  organizational and time management

  skills.
