Role Description

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and fostering relationships with potential and existing stakeholders. Key responsibilities include managing a team, identifying market opportunities, and preparing sales reports. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai, requiring proactive communication and leadership abilities to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Revenue Generation
• Leadership, Team Management, and Strategic Planning skills
• Market Research and Analytical skills
• Proficiency in Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills
• Familiarity with Non-Profit or Foundation Operations is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively
