Project Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of a Turnkey Fit-out Project. This role requires proactiveness, strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the Fit-out Process. You must effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. - Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion. - Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges. - Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective execution. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients. - Effectively communicate project status, progress, and any potential delays. - Gather and address client feedback and requirements. - Have a strong understanding of furniture manufacturing processes, materials, and techniques. - Be familiar with industry standards and regulations. - Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications. - Implement quality control measures and processes. - Conduct regular quality inspections. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. - At least 3 years of proven experience in project management in the retail furniture manufacturing industry is mandatory. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana). - Knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software is a must.
