The candidate will be responsible for appropriately evaluating the cost of a project and determining the feasibility of taking on the project. You should have a good understanding of our competitive advantages as an organization and effectively communicate them to enhance our position during the bidding process. Your responsibilities will include maintaining knowledge of competitive advantages in the industry to facilitate the bidding process, resolving cost discrepancies through the collection and analysis of relevant information, and obtaining accurate quotes for materials and systems to establish precise cost estimates. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or have equivalent experience. A solid understanding of basic accounting principles is essential, along with familiarity with blueprints and the ability to read plans. Ideally, you should have 1-3 years of construction experience to be considered for this position.,
