Project Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of a Turnkey Fit-out Project at Tripod Global, a Multi National Retail Store Fixtures Manufacturers. Your role will require pro-activeness, strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the Fit-out Process to effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. - Monitor project progress, make necessary adjustments, and identify/mitigate potential risks and challenges. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, communicate project status, progress, and gather/address client feedback. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of furniture manufacturing processes, materials, and techniques, ensuring quality control measures are implemented. - Proficiently manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective execution, while adhering to industry standards and regulations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in project management in the retail furniture manufacturing industry of at least 3 years. - Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, organizational and time management abilities. - Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana) and AutoCAD or other design software. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to effectively resolve project challenges.,
