Position Title: Project Manager
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in project management roles
Qualification: MBA (Preferred specialization in Operations / Project Management)
Gender & Age Criteria: Male, 35–40 years
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of both software and hardware solutions

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of technology-based projects involving both hardware and software components. The role requires strong leadership skills, cross-functional coordination, and a hands-on approach to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution – Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Team Leadership – Lead and motivate cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and service staff.
• Client Coordination – Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
• Technical Oversight – Provide guidance and oversight for both hardware installations and software deployments.
• Budget & Resource Management – Prepare project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Risk Management – Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement corrective measures.
• Progress Reporting – Prepare periodic reports for management on project status, challenges, and deliverables.
• Compliance & Quality – Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware components, and software solutions.
• Excellent project management and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
