The selected candidate will be responsible for managing projects, overseeing development activities, maintaining project documentation, communicating with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects within defined timelines and budgets Serve as SCRUM Master in Agile projects—facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure the SCRUM team adheres to Agile principles and practices. Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to project objectives. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, updates, and meeting notes. Coordinate with internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of project activities. Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their requirements, feedback, and concerns. Analyze project risks and propose mitigation strategies. Develop presentations and reports to update stakeholders on project status. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Work closely with senior project managers to gain hands-on experience in project management. Required Skills & Qualifications MBA (Operations) graduate (Freshers preferred). Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Excellent logical reasoning and problem-solving ability. Good reasoning ability to analyze and interpret project data. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly. A team player with a proactive and learning attitude. Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and good team collaboration. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively. Compensation & Benefits Stipend for the first 6 months (Probation Period).
