Position Overview: Alright, future Project Rockstar! SELCO Foundation needs someone awesome to wrangle our narrative building campaigns (think SELCAP, Impact / Failure, SELCO-AI, We Scope, and more). If youre the kind of person who gets a thrill from organizing chaos, loves connecting with people, and has a bit of a soft spot for design, keep reading! Youll be the go-to person for keeping projects on track, making sure everyones talking to each other, and helping us tell some seriously impactful stories. What Youll Be Doing: Youll be helping to create and manage project plans - timelines, milestones, deliverables, the whole shebang. Consider it your project management bootcamp Youll be the bridge between internal campaign teams (within Think Tank), external collaborators / consultants, and designers. Your mission: make sure everyones on the same wavelength. No more "lost in translation" moments! Youll be building strong, positive relationships with everyone involved in the projects. Think of it as leveling up your people skills! Youll team up with the Think Tank team to gather all the info needed for killer design briefs. Youll be a crucial part of setting our designers up for success. Youll be supporting the management of agreements with external partners. Were talking paperwork, processes, and making sure everyone gets paid. (Dont worry, well show you the ropes!) Youll help welcome new folks to the team, making sure they feel at home and know whats what. Youll be keeping a close eye on project timelines and making sure we hit those deadlines. Youre basically the projects timekeeper! Youll share your ideas on how we can make our workflows even better. Were always looking for ways to be more efficient! Youll help coordinate project resources, making sure everyone has what they need to shine. Youll help spot potential roadblocks and brainstorm ways to avoid them. Think of it as being a project detective! Youll keep everyone updated on project progress and gather feedback to help us learn and grow. What You Need to Bring: Education: Bachelors degree in Communications, Design, Project Management, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally in a design or communications environment (like an agency or studio) Skills: Organization Superpowers: You can juggle multiple projects and keep things in tip-top shape. Communication Mastery: Youre a pro at communicating clearly, both in writing and verbally Design Curiosity: Youve got a good grasp of basic design principles and communication strategies. Process Basics: You understand the fundamentals of process and contract management. Tech Savviness: Youre comfortable using project management software and tools.
