Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Tecknotrove Systems, your role will involve managing IT development projects in VR, AR, Simulation, and Console gaming. Your responsibilities will include resource allocation, project scheduling, budgeting & cost management, ensuring product quality, and conducting root-cause analysis for continuous operational improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Drive multiple large-scale technical projects, collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient product delivery. - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives, covering aspects like resource, cost, time management, risk management, and quality assurance. - Manage stakeholders from different cross-functional teams, monitoring deliverables, and providing regular updates. - Implement cross-team processes to enhance efficiency and delivery, define metrics for process monitoring, and drive adoption across the organization. - Motivate team members to take ownership of their work, identify training needs, and provide necessary resources for their development. Qualifications Required: - Education: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Computer/IT or a relevant field. - Experience: 3-4 years as a Software/IT Project Manager. Skills & Competencies: Mandatory: - Proficiency in project management tools like Agile and Scrum. - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Programming experience in C#. - Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred: - PMP Certification. - Experience in managing projects related to VR/AR solutions, Console gaming, and Training & Simulations. - Result-oriented leadership skills. - Strong people and collaboration skills. - Effective influencing and negotiating skills. - Excellent planning and organizational skills.,
