Job Title: Project Manager – Technical Lead Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh Company: Spirehub Softwares Pvt Ltd. Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: Spirehub Softwares is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager – Technical Lead to manage and oversee the execution of software development projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a proven ability to lead development teams toward successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and business analysts. Analyze client requirements, develop project plans, and assign tasks to technical teams. Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams for technical guidance and updates. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the use of best coding practices. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to developers and team members. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure adherence to company processes, industry standards, and agile methodologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software development and at least 2 years in a project management or technical lead role. Proficient in web and mobile technologies, programming languages, and frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, PHP, Laravel, .NET, etc.). Strong understanding of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
