Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods/services aligned with project needs.
• Coordinate with trainer to schedule, plan, and deliver sessions as per client/center requirements.
• Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Handle logistics and resource planning for training programs, workshops, and client-facing events.
• Act as the key point of contact between vendors, trainers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and documentation for management review.
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and challenges, implementing corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across lab operations, training programs, and vendor ecosystems.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
• Experience in training program coordination and managing multiple trainers/resources.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under tight timelines.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–6 years of experience in project management, vendor handling, or training coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
