Knowledge in operating VMC machine or conventional milling machine · Operate VMC machines for machining components as per drawings and specifications · Perform machine setup, tool selection, tool offset setting, and job loading · Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T symbols, and process sheets · Conduct in-process and final inspection using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, bore gauge, height gauge) · Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per quality standards · Make minor program edits at machine level (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi – preferred) · Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities · Maintain production records, job cards, and quality documentation · Follow 5S, safety, and ISO quality standards · Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet daily targets
Required skills – 1. Machine Building experience 2. Must knowledge in reading 3D drawing and BOM 3. Experience in profile cutting 4. Assembly & fitting knowledge

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities : · Ensure all parts of an assigned project are processed, organized, and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates. · Assist in assigning project tasks to relevant parties and check in for status updates. · Develop and maintain project performance databases that track overall progress and the accomplishment of specific milestones. · Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs. · Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans. · Act as a point of communication between company teams and external Resources. · Deepen partnerships with outside resources—including third-party vendors and researchers. Skills and Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. · 2+ years’ project management experience. · Hands-on experience with managing clients and teams. · Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management. · Hands-on experience with data documentation and Software Testing.
