Roles & Responsibilities
● Review Statement of Work, Customer-Sycamore requirements, user stories, and other project artifacts and translate into project timelines and deliverables consistent with Sycamore Services processes
● Manage cross-organization/cross-functional teams to deliver agreed implementation and specific deliverables
● Develop and communicate project status to external and internal stakeholders
● Liaison between Customer, Product Development, Testing and Support team
● Define and manage project risks
● Manage project change requests
● Work on multiple engagements internally and externally
● Reconcile information from multiple source documents
● Perform all tasks consistent with Sycamore Informatics SOPs and working practices
Essential Experience
● 5+ years of working experience with clinical research data and metadata
● Strong working knowledge of the clinical research process and standards
● Experience in Professional Services or Consulting capacity
Desired Experience
● Managing internal and external stakeholders.
