We are looking for Immediate Joiners for the position of Project Manager for Pune location.

Its a contract position with an MNC client for Pune location. Need Immediate jointers only.

Note: The location is Pune, with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

Job Title: Project Manager Strategic Initiatives (India GCC)

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in project/program management, strategy, or operations in a corporate or GCC setting
  • Proven success in managing

    non-technical, cross-functional projects

    under ambiguity and pressure
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project)
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus

Strategic Project Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end execution of non-technical projects such as site transitions, executive visits, customer experience center project operations
  • Project manage committee, internal transformation projects, internal Tech Conference, internal customer events/programs
  • Translate leadership vision into structured project plans with clear milestones and success metrics
  • Drive alignment across functions and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives

Ambiguity & Pressure Management

  • Operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments with limited structure or clarity
  • Prioritize competing demands and make informed decisions with incomplete information
  • Maintain composure and focus during high-stakes situations and shifting priorities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build strong working relationships across HR, Facilities, Security, Communications, Finance, and external vendors
  • Facilitate structured communication cadences to ensure alignment and accountability
  • Resolve interdepartmental challenges and foster a culture of shared ownership

Operational Oversight

  • Manage project documentation, schedules, risk logs, and status reports
  • Oversee operational readiness for events and initiatives, ensuring seamless execution
  • Monitor budgets, vendor contracts, and service delivery with precision

Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Support

  • Serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, providing visibility into project progress and risks
  • Prepare executive briefings, dashboards, and strategic updates
  • Represent leadership in meetings and engagements with professionalism and strategic insight.
