Role Requirements : 7+ years of proven hands-on experience as a Project Manager supporting large, complex, multi-year projects including direct experience in project scheduling, risk management, and reporting Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize Demonstrated expertise in managing vendor engagements, including Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills ¢ Experience working in agile, waterfall, and hybrid and onsite and offshore ¢ Experience with large-scale workforce transformation programs ¢ Proficiency in project management tools, such as Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence ¢ PMP, Agile, SAFe, or other relevant certifications are highly preferred. Manager, PMO would be part of the Central Strategy and Operations Team and responsible for the daily project management of multiple projects. As the Manager, PMO, you will ensure high standards and processes in our projects. Your active management of project documentation, reporting, and data analysis, including project schedules, risk logs, and status reports, will contribute to the project success. You will support the Senior Manager, Program Management in planning, execution and monitoring, facilitating project meetings, and tracking action items. Role Responsibilities : project Planning and Execution Hands-on management of day-to-day operations of multiple projects, providing direct support to the transformation program team and ensuring adherence to project standards and processes. ¢ Manage project documentation, creation and maintenance of project schedules, risk logs. ¢ Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment. ¢ Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. ¢ Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables. Resource Management : ¢ Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to meet project needs efficiently. ¢ Monitor resource utilization and adjust allocations as necessary to optimize project performance. ¢ Motivate and lead project teams, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment. ¢ Track and manage project budgets, ensuring projects stay within financial constraints. ¢ Prepare budget reports to provide visibility into financial performance and make informed decisions. Stakeholder Communication : ¢ Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management, to ensure project alignment and transparency. ¢ Facilitate regular meetings and updates to keep all parties informed of project progress and changes. Risk Management : ¢ Maintain risk register, identify potential project risks and mitigation plans to minimize impact. ¢ Utilize problem-solving techniques to address challenges and obstacles effectively. ¢ Continuously assess and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, adjusting plans as needed. Performance Monitoring and Reporting ¢ Conduct regular reviews and audits to verify compliance with project requirements and standards. ¢ Track project progress using performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). ¢ Prepare project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and next steps.
