Reporting to: Head- Agri Business

Roles And Responsibilities

Lead and manage field operations across districts
Develop and strengthen relationships with farmers, FPOs (Farmer Producer Organizations), and cooperatives.
Ensure timely availability of seeds, fertilizers, and other critical inputs to farmers.
Oversee procurement of raw agricultural produce and ensure quality standards are met.
Coordinate with logistics teams for timely transportation of raw materials to processing units.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
Oversee and Optimize plant operations, processing timelines, minimize wastage, and ensure output quality.
Supervise day-to-day operations of agriculture farms and food processing units
Drive efficiency through automation, workforce planning, and performance monitoring.
Identify opportunities for innovation, cost reduction, and process improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Linkage, R&D, Finance, and Marketing teams.
Manage P&L for farm operations
