Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Development:
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Resource Management:
• Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Oversee procurement processes and ensure that resources are utilized efficiently.
• Budget and Cost Management:
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and variances are addressed.
• Conduct cost estimation and financial forecasting.
• Project Execution and Monitoring:
• Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
• Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
• Quality Assurance:
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that construction meets the required standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and reviews of work.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure that all safety regulations and standards are adhered to on site.
• Manage risk assessments and implement safety protocols.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Provide regular updates on project status and address any concerns or changes.
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
• Address and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Make informed decisions to keep the project on track.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rajkot, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Railway Project Work: 8 years (Preferred)
