We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, Cybersecurity In this role, you will: Oversee and managing the deliverables throughout the MAP Delivery lifecycle, for a dedicated MAP workstream across the HSBC group. Work with business and technology owners to define and deliver scope and priorities. Provide supporting documentation, regular progress reports and risk and issue management. Establish effective working relationships across other areas of HSBC including Product Owners, IAM Stakeholders and IT teams. Take ownership of critical issues and ensures resolution within agreed timescales and implements mitigating plans against identified risks and issues. Manage the project budget, resources and timeline. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: IT project management experience within technical and complex environments. Delivery experience within IAM or in the delivery of cyber related projects. Experience of delivering significant change projects across technology, people and process. Proven track record of working with technical, cybersecurity and/or operations teams. Good understanding of IAM products and controls capabilities and requirements. Ability to confidently drive and lead geographically disbursed team and pull them together to achieve common objectives. Strong stakeholder engagement and excellent communication skills of both technical and non-technical stakeholders Positive team player who is able to add value throughout the project lifecycle. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Agile and Waterfall (Hybrid) Project Management approaches.
