Job Description

Avigna.AI is looking for Project Manager Software Development to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate software development projects from initiation to delivery.
Lead and motivate a team of developers to achieve project goals.
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer needs.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues impacting project timelines or budgets.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
Strong understanding of quality assurance and testing principles.
