Role Summary: The Assistant Project Manager (APM) will support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing warehouse construction projects. The APM will oversee site activities, ensure adherence to timelines, coordinate with contractors/vendors, and manage quality, safety, and documentation. Key Responsibilities: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth execution of works. Monitor day-to-day site progress and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and standards. Track material movement, verify contractor bills, and support procurement coordination. Support in maintaining project documentation including daily reports, progress tracking, quality checklists, and safety records. Assist in conducting regular site meetings with stakeholders and resolving on-site issues. Ensure adherence to safety norms and statutory compliances at the site. Assist in cost control, risk assessment, and project progress reporting to senior management. Liaise with architects, consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline. 4 - 7years of experience in project execution, preferably in industrial/warehouse/infrastructure construction. Good understanding of civil engineering drawings and construction methodologies. Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Excel. Strong communication and coordination skills.
