Key Responsibilities: ● Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. ● Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. ● Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. ● Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies. ● Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and senior leadership. ● Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and organizational goals. Technical Expertise Requirements: ● 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in enterprise IT or SaaS environments. ● Minimum 3–6 months of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation projects. ● Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, or related ServiceNow modules. ● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, etc.). ● Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. ● ServiceNow certifications (like Certified System Administrator or PMP) are a plus. Preferred Qualifications: ● Experience working in a client-facing role or consulting environment. ● Background in enterprise IT, cloud technologies, or integration projects. ● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
