Project Manager-ServiceNow

As a Project Manager at Fission Labs, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow projects. This includes thorough planning, efficient execution, and successful delivery of projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as developers, architects, and stakeholders, to ensure project goals are met effectively. Defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation will be crucial aspects of your role. Monitoring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques is essential to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. As a proactive Project Manager, you will be expected to manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Communication of project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and senior leadership is a key responsibility. It is important to ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and organizational goals throughout the project lifecycle. Your technical expertise should include a minimum of 10 years of project management experience, particularly in enterprise IT or SaaS environments, with at least 36 months of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation projects. A strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, or related ServiceNow modules is required. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, and MS Project is beneficial. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are necessary for this role. Possessing ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator or PMP, would be a plus. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a client-facing role or consulting environment, along with a background in enterprise IT, cloud technologies, or integration projects.
