Job Description

Completely manage a client account ensuring the right balance between delivery of ongoing projects and maintaining customer relationships
Demonstrate strong client management skills with excellent articulation, detailing, and negotiation abilities
Coordinate client interactions for requirement grooming, product development, UAT, rollout, and release phases
Experience in product development in Web/Mobile technologies with modern engineering practices (CI/CD, DevOps, Automated Testing, Unit Testing, Automated Review Gates)
Show passion for going into details
Handle end-to-end project delivery in Agile methodology with hands-on experience in product grooming, agile ceremonies, impediment removal, and cross-functional collaboration
Apply project management skills including estimation, scheduling, tracking, commercials, and quality
Manage stakeholders and support organizational change management
Work as Scrum Master, anchoring ceremonies such as grooming, sprint planning, sprint retros, and demos; maintain and prioritize product backlog
Enable team competency development and drive professional growth
Understand modern web/mobile application development and technology architecture
Own delivery and pre-sales for client accounts while identifying new opportunities
Manage a team of 1520 resources to execute multiple projects
Own functional, technical, and commercial quality of the project
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with deep interest in understanding business problems and proposing solutions
Act as a true servant leader, building team confidence through professional friendliness, respect, and expertise
Client Management:
Build customer confidence, conduct status meetings, communicate risks, negotiate scope changes, and explore digital transformation opportunities
Scrum Master / Agile Champion Responsibilities:
Lead product grooming, identify technical gaps, facilitate sprint planning, conduct daily scrums, track sprint progress, host sprint reviews and retros
Project Metrics Management:
Prepare and manage project schedules, identify threats, manage project commercials, prepare invoices, ensure deliverable quality, and maintain accurate documentation
Pre-sales Skills:
Support marketing with case studies, prepare project proposals, and collaborate with BA and architects
Willingness to travel to client sites (domestic/overseas, 1 week to 1 month)
