Job Overview:

Exotica IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Scrum Master with 2.5 to 4 years of experience to join our Agile project management team. The ideal candidate must be capable of managing international clients and leading web development projects based on WordPress and Shopify. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about Agile delivery, client communication, and digital excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure the smooth execution of projects built on WordPress and Shopify platforms
• Manage communication and coordination with international clients to gather requirements, share progress, and handle feedback
• Remove blockers and enable the team to meet sprint goals
• Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a clear and prioritized backlog
• Track key Agile metrics like velocity, burndown charts, and sprint health
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Developers, QA, Designers, and BAs
• Promote team ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement
• Ensure tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp are properly utilized for visibility and reporting

Requirements:

• 2.5 – 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar Agile role
• Must have hands-on experience managing international clients and communications
• Experience in delivering projects using WordPress and Shopify platforms is mandatory
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile frameworks, Jira and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) preferred
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with cross-functional or distributed teams is a plus

Nice to Have:

• Basic technical knowledge in PHP or front-end development.
• Experience working with third-party APIs and integrations.
• Familiarity with tools like Trello, Confluence, or Figma.

Note: Only Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur and Chandigarh candidates are preferred.
