Job Description

We are looking for Project Manger/Scrum master(UK Shift)

Experience -10+ years

Location -Remote

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a servant-leader and facilitator for Scrum teams.
Coach team members on Agile best practices and self-organization.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Remove team impediments and protect the team from external interruptions.
Work with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Coordinate with other Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders for cross-team dependencies.
Promote transparency and trust between teams and stakeholders.
Support adoption and scaling of Agile practices across the organization.
