Project Manager / Scrum Master

You will be joining the dynamic and innovative Digital Branding and Creative Design agency, Blacklisted, as a full-time, on-site Scrum/Project Manager in Mohali. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively implement Agile/Scrum processes, focusing on project deliverability, quality assurance, and timelines/deadlines management. Your role will involve developing project plans, timelines, assigning resources, and monitoring progress to ensure successful project completion. It will be crucial to deliver high-quality services to clients, meeting their expectations and requirements, while keeping track of deadlines and deliverables. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely completion of tasks. Maintaining effective communication channels with clients, providing regular project status updates and progress reports, will be essential. You will need to identify issues and risks promptly, addressing them to minimize their impact on project delivery and quality. To excel in this role, you should have relevant experience or knowledge in marketing and project coordination. Possessing certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) will be advantageous. A strong understanding of project deliverability, quality assurance practices, and timelines/deadlines management is required. Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills will be crucial in overcoming project challenges and meeting timelines.
