Job Title: Project Manager – Villas & Mivan Shuttering

Experience Required: 10+ years in Real Estate Construction (Mandatory experience in Villas and Mivan Shuttering)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage residential villa projects using Mivan shuttering technology. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executing high-quality villa developments from start to finish, with strong technical expertise in Mivan formwork, site execution, contractor management, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and manage end-to-end execution of villa projects, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and timeline targets.
• Ensure proper implementation and supervision of Mivan shuttering technology, coordinating with formwork suppliers and technical teams.
• Monitor day-to-day site operations, ensuring proper resource allocation, contractor coordination, and safety compliance.
• Review project designs, drawings, BOQs, and provide technical inputs to consultants and architects.
• Conduct regular project reviews and report progress to senior management.
• Manage vendor and contractor performance, resolve bottlenecks, and drive work completion as per schedule.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company standards in terms of construction and safety.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, material consumption, and cost control measures.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and ensure team productivity and accountability.
