Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team at Sark Projects India Pvt. Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales for our residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the local real estate market, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, referrals, site visits, and digital campaigns.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their property requirements and offer suitable project solutions.
• Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase property features, amenities, and pricing.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
• Maintain a strong follow-up with clients and build long-term customer relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and events.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and transactions in CRM systems.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
• Coordinate with the legal and documentation team for agreement closures and registrations.
• Provide post-sales customer support including payment follow-ups and handover assistance.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi (preferred).
• Working knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of initiative, confidence, and self-motivation.
• Willingness to travel and conduct field/site visits.
