Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate Job Location: Kondapur Department: Sales & Marketing / Customer Support Reports to: Sales Manager / Team Lead Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the database or leads generated through marketing campaigns. Explain details of residential and commercial real estate projects to potential buyers. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Follow up regularly with interested customers via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team. Maintain and update the customer database with complete details of interactions. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into sales. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets. Handle objections, resolve queries, and maintain a polite and professional communication tone at all times. Collect feedback from clients and share with the internal team for improvements. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all customer dealings.
