Project Manager – Project Implementation & Technical Delivery Location: Bahraich Department: Projects / Operations Reporting to: Head – Projects / COO Role Summary Lead end-to-end project implementation—from planning and design to commissioning and handover. Ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery while providing technical guidance and managing vendors and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements. Review technical drawings and engineering specs; guide site teams and contractors. Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors; manage contracts and negotiations. Identify risks, enforce quality standards, and ensure statutory & safety compliance. Provide weekly/monthly progress reports and maintain all project documentation. Qualifications & Experience BE/B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Industrial) or equivalent. 8–12 years managing medium/large engineering or industrial projects. Hands-on experience in installation, commissioning or plant project execution. PMP/PRINCE2/Lean Six Sigma preferred; knowledge of MS Project/Primavera a plus. Core Competencies Strong technical understanding of project drawings and equipment. Leadership and team management skills; excellent communication. Ability to meet tight timelines and budgets; strong problem-solving ability. KPIs On-time project completion and adherence to budget. Quality and compliance of technical implementation. High stakeholder satisfaction with minimal rework. Compensation: ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,00,000 per month (as per company norms and relevant experience).
