Project Manager

If so, Linkfields invites you to be part of its Project Management Office (PMO) as a Project Manager / Scrum Master.

As a Project Manager / Scrum Master, you will lead the end-to-end execution of IT and AI projects. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure project goals are met while applying Agile methodologies. You’ll be responsible for delivery governance, risk management, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage end-to-end project delivery from planning to successful handover.
• Act as Scrum Master: facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Define and track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Liaise with business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely updates.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Ensure effective use of JIRA and other project management tools for backlog grooming, sprint tracking, and reporting.
• Conduct risk assessments, manage escalations, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10 years of experience managing IT or AI projects with successful end-to-end delivery.
• Strong experience in Agile methodologies, Scrum, and project governance.
• Hands-on expertise in JIRA for sprint management, backlog grooming, and project reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel while meeting deadlines.
• Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management.
• Cloud Understanding
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP certification.
• PMP certification is a strong plus.
• Experience managing AI/ML projects and cloud-based enterprise solutions.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and Agile-at-scale frameworks (SAFe, LeSS).
